Goodbye Summer!

Yay, it's the first day of Autumn and I couldn't be happier. This year, summer was almost unbearable, with high temps and high humidity but we made the most of it, mostly by frequenting our neighborhood pool.

Since school around here started on August 8th, it seemed that summer was cut short a bit. It's been tough to go to school in the hot heat. September has been fickle, too, not sure yet if it's really fall! I'm ready for cooler weather though and am excited for the leaves to change! This summer was a good one!
