Well we missed the big day...last Friday, Flannery turned 2 months old. Wow! It seems like only yesterday...
Anyway, she turned 9 weeks on Tuesday and had her check up. The doctor was happy with her health and girth (she's up to 11 lbs, 12 oz and 22 inches!!!) but not the thrush that she *still* has. So Flannery got the Gentian Violet treatment and had a purple mouth for a day or so. She also got some shots and that was no fun.
Today is the first day this week that we've stayed home and not had to rush out the door after breakfast. What a relief! Amos and I played basketball and did some more exercising. Before one feed, Flannery got to practice tummy time and impressed us by holding her head up and pushing up a bit. It was so exciting!! Amos got in on the action and enjoyed hanging out with us on the floor. 
Flannery's eyes are also changing...we're starting to see a little bit of that Partain ice blue!
And Amos wanted to play in the water outside, so I stripped him down and gave him two big bowls full of water...hours of fun!
As we speak, he is asking to do the Clifford "Sprinkle" and so I'm off...more later!

Hope she continues to enjoy tummy time! Gage is not so much of a fan...
Sweet girl! Jonas and I had to do gentian violet....so messy, but it works. I was calling myself the purple cow, since my milk was purple when I pumped!
