The last days of highchair napping!

I'm pretty sure they're making the same "concentrating" face.

The attic is almost done!!

Today was a tough day for Amos. He was awakened by the guys outside our door, sanding the new wood floors, making it hard for us to continue sleeping. Then we went in for the RSV shot which was not fun. Even before that, he was acting clingy, cranky and tired. Needless to say, he was not excited about the folks at the clinic who wanted to listen to his lungs, weigh him, and finally, poke him. We recovered, though, and even saw our friends Liz and Atlas there for shots, too!

His nap after lunch was only an hour long and after the second yucky diaper of the day, I noticed his forehead was warmer than usual and decided he was teething. Yucky diapers 3 and 4 confirmed that.

The day got better and tonight we had an uncoventional dinner, eating in Amos' room, where he played in his play house, his igloo tent, with his stuffed animals and books. And we enjoyed a nice dinner, talking and watching him play. It's amazing how much he's learning lately...today he was able to remember what sounds the dog and bear say, when we asked him, and without being reminded. Awesome!

And, his weight is 17 lbs, 10 oz, so we're getting up there. Slowly but surely.

Tomorrow is the last day the guys will be here working. The head contractor wants Friday off, so I think that they will make it happen tomorrow! Everything looks great and we are so blessed to have had them working on our house.
