Her vocabulary is growing and she is crafting her own language. Some of the words she's created are:
Isup (syrup--this one had all of us guessing!), wings (swing), pills (spill), lows (slow), poose (spoon) and the icing on the cake, Bay-E-Eye, (Baby Levi). As you can see, with the words that start with an s, consonant, she adds the s to the end and it's so funny when she says it, especially when she spills and is sad. Imagine her saying, "Pills...." with a frown. She also gets really excited when Levi is awake--"Bay-E-Eye away!!!" and makes sure to point out how cute he is, "Awwww, cuuuue!"
At just over two, she is learning her numbers and letters and knows red, yellow, green and blue. She can put her socks and shoes on all by herself and strives to do many things by herself, just like her big brother.
She is starting to sit on the potty, with some success and soon, will probably be transitioned out of her crib.
She is a joy and is constantly a surprise. I always say that she's2 going on 12, she's just her own little person, and walks around with confidence and purpose.
We love our little girl!
