April began with a visit from Aunt Abby, who came to meet Levi and to help during the busy week leading up to Easter. We loved having her here and she loved cuddling with all of us!

Easter was a special day for us and for Amos. Awhile back, he watched someone get baptized and said that he wanted to be baptized, too.We finally got around to meeting with our pastor and setting a date. He was supposed to be baptized when Levi was still in the hospital so we had to postpone it. About a week before Easter, the date was set and we started reminding Amos what was going to happen. He was really excited and did so well answering all of the questions in front of the whole church. He is also a member of our church and gets to take communion. It has been so awesome to watch his little faith grow. We have done what we can to answer questions and to help his spiritual growth but it's been great to see it happen on his own, to see true and sincere faith grow.

That night, we did an egg hunt in the dusk, and I gave the kids "Easter treats" after they counted the number of eggs they found. Since we didn't do the Easter Bunny this year, this was a fun thing to do to end the day.
Flannery loved her Easter dress so much that she wanted to wear it again, and added a tutu.
