Happy birthday, Nathan!

This year, we celebrated Nathan's birthday with our church small group. I made his favorite dinner: pork tenderloin and homemade macaroni and cheese. Our friend Jeremy made yummy cookies and we stuck candles in them for Nathan's "cake."
This year, it was a fun experience to shop for Nathan with Amos, and I had to keep reminding Amos to find stuff that he thought Daddy would like, not what Amos would like. That was quite a difficult lesson to learn, but I think he got it. He picked out a Transformers sound card and a Star Wars puzzle for them to do "together." Our favorite, though, was the Darth Vader tshirt we found that says "Who's your Daddy?!" Unfortunately, it didn't fit, so it went back!
Either way, it was a great day to celebrate Daddy and show him lots of love. We are so thankful for him, and were glad to celebrate another year!
