Another TN adventure

We made the trip south earlier in the month so I could go to a wedding. Katie, who was my first babysitting "job" was getting married and I decided that it would be fun to be there. Of course, getting to see our family was the other reason why we went and it was lots of fun seeing everyone. Flannery is growing up so fast and since we were there last, is standing up and starting to say some words. She immediately figured out that she could look out the window and see the dogs. She also found a fun place to stand and look outside.

Of course, there was bath time. And Flannery found the stairs and had a blast going up and down. While I went to the wedding, Amos and Flannery got to play with GrrMe. Amos was really excited about his new Lightsaber that he got from her! Flannery did well being with someone other than me. It was her first time to be awake with a babysitter!

And the wedding was beautiful!

We celebrated GrrDada's birthday, which was coming later in the month. Amos helped him blow out the candles and loved being with him.

Even though the weather was wet and dreary, AMos and GrrMama got some good porch time in. Amos always loves to play with the dogs, too, so we played with them for a bit before we got on the road to return home. Even Flannery figured out how to play the game and started throwing the ball for Pixie.

Amos finally fell asleep after we drove for awhile. It was so cute that he fell asleep with his new sunglasses on!

The kiddos traveled well and we had a great time!
