We celebrated on Monday night even though his birthday was on Tuesday. That night, we had a huge ice storm and everything was slippery so that Tuesday night, his meeting had been canceled. So we ate left over birthday dinner and cake and celebrated again! It was just what Nathan likes: low key and special.
