Since I did Flannery's first six months in photos and because I need to organize my pics better for her baby book, here's the second half of her first year of life, in photo form. She is such a cutie bug!
Her 7-13 months of life have been alot easier, though not without life's day to day difficulties! She, like her brother, does not receive new teeth well and has become increasingly more opinionated and vocal. We love it though and it's fun to see her little brain working.
She has moved beyond baby sign language to saying a few words. She says "mah" for more and says please by doing fast "p's" with her lips. She kind of sings, dances and loves the guitar. She calls us all by name still and now, even "meows" and "ruffs." It seems like she will pick up talking and words pretty quickly, as girls generally do. We are all excited for her to be able to articulate her thoughts more.

She hasn't taken any steps yet, but still cruises, holding onto furniture. She loves the stairs and goes up and down them, backwards, of course.
She's getting her bottom molars which isn't fun, but she needs them so she can keep eating solid foods, which she does at most every meal. She loves fruit and might be a picky eater!
All in all, looking forward to spending this spring and summer with our little Laney bug!
