Remember six months ago, when it was snowing!? It's hard to believe, with the hot summer that we've had, that it has been cold enough for snow. It's also hard to believe that Flannery has been around for that long, or at least, has been seeing the outside of the womb for that long! ;)
She is a little go-getter, and while she's not as physically active as her brother, she can still have intense moments (she is our child, after all!). She's working on sitting up by herself, getting up on her hands and knees and driving. Just kidding! It seriously feels like she is so old. I know I keep saying that, but check out what Amos was doing...he was still so small and wasn't really doing any tricks yet!
And I continue to reflect on Flannery's birth. I feel blessed, beyond belief, that it was an amazing VBAC and as my friends have had or will have babies this year, I feel closer to them through that experience.
We're thankful for our little lady. For now, this record of the first half of her life will have to do!
