October fun!

Last week, we went shopping at Marshall's, in search of a new fleece coat for me and my growing belly. While I tried on coats, Nathan and Amos roamed the store to see what they could find. They found a Halloween costume and a "bulldozer shirt" (translation: you wear this brightly colored shirt while operating a bulldozer!).



Amos enjoyed playing a new game on Daddy's laptop, which was something we discovered at the Mac store! You hit a key on the keyboard and that letter or number (or shape, for enter, space bar, etc, keys) and it pops up on the screen and makes a cool sound. Sometimes when we play this, we quiz Amos. He loves to play and we find it fun to test his knowledge!

Last week, Daddy went with us to gymnamstics, which gave me the opportunity to take pictures! Amos is really loving this class this year, since he can now jump, do forward rolls and walk on the balance beam!

And last Friday, we went on a hike at Holliday Park, a fun place with a playground and hiking trails. We really enjoyed the cool weather and pretty colors! On the way down the trail to the river, Amos found a stick and enjoyed "fishing" for leaves with his stick in the river. We had lunch down there and then hiked back up to the car. Nathan made the stick smaller and they both used walking sticks to go back up to the car. They were so cute! It was a great day!!
