Sometimes the weekends can be really packed and although this weekend was somewhat packed, we had good family time and got to rest, just a bit.
Friday night, we watched Man on Wire, a documentary about a man who walked across a tightwire rigged from the corners of the top of the World Trade Center towers, in 1974. It was a great film! Saturday, I got to sleep in and then we ran errands. After we had done some running around, we ate dinner out!!! which is now, quite a treat! We tried a newly discovered (Mexican) restaurant that was quite tasty.
And on Sunday, we did church, a baby celebration for the new babies in our community, naps and then church again. All in all, there was a great balance! The bummer about Monday is that we don't get to hang out with Dada, something Amos and I both love!

I love how in the first picture Amos totally has his finger in his nose! BOTH of my kids are like that! Even Mina! I feel like I'm always telling her to stop picking her nose, and I know you'll think I'm lying but I just looked over and SHE WAS PICKING HER NOSE! Gotta love um:) (kids that is, not boogers)
