What to do on a cold wintery day.

Why, you build an igloo of course! Thanks to our last trip to IKEA last year, Amos has a fun little get away to break up the long days at home. Since it's only reached the mid-twenties today, we've been inside the house, hibernating! But this hibernation is the sort that involves a two-year-old, so there's very little sleeping and lots of playing to be done. It's just not fun to go out in the cold, unless you have to!
So I brought the tent downstairs today and we had a blast, giggling, cuddling, playing and reading books together. Amos piled many of his blankets and stuffed animals inside so it's nice and cozy!
Amos is making his GrrDada Kenny face!
Other pictures of interest!
My haircut boys!
Amos is determined to clean it all up in one trip!
The last cookie from GrrMama Susie's batch of yummy oatmeal chocoate chip cookies. We're saving it for Amos, to be had after his nap!

Hey Sarah - great blog. Amos is so cute. I bet you have a lot of fun with him throughout the day. Glad you are enjoying Indy and have settled in- it is truly a blessing to be content with where God has you! Blessings - Nancy H.
