There's no shortage of fun to be had around here! Amos has really enjoyed playing with his new toys: his new cars, trucks, truck books, blocks and stuffed animals. As you may have noticed from the previous posts, Amos now like to have "fun" which entails putting a blanket on the floor, piling all of the nearby stuffed animals on top of the blanket and then laying on top of them, shimmying and giggling, saying "Fun!!" So we do this quite frequently, as Amos loves to do it! He also likes to have "fun" if there's a big open space for him to skip around in, or a bed he can roll around on top of, again, giggling and saying, "Fun!!" It's quite the new hobby!
On Sunday, after naps, we went up to Old Navy so I could so some returns and purchases. (Mom and I did our traditional after-Christmas shop at Old Navy and found some good deals!).
On the way home from our Sunday afternoon shop, we saw a really beautiful sunset. Thankfully, I had the camera on me!
And that night, the Marzinkes came back through and spent the night. They were on their way back home to St. Louis from having Christmas in Pennsylvania! We loved seeing so much of them and being reminded how close they are to us now!
And Amos, true to form, found a box to play with. He made it into a hat and enjoyed running laps in the house with his new wagon from GrrMe!
