On Saturday, the fifth of July, Amos painted with a new technique: rolling his cars through the paint on the paper. He loved it. And, to show him how to do it, I demonstrated, starting the painting off very nicely. So his pictures turned out to be our collaborations, to all of you who have seen "My Kid Can Paint That!"
We ran around and packed for our trip to TN the next day and then awaited the arrival of Grandpa Joe and Grammy Carole, who were coming to visit and hear Nathan preach. Amos loved seeing them and spending a bit of time together. He has really grown up since they were last here, so it was fun to share his new things with them.
Nathan's preaching went well on Sunday, and we all gave thanks to God for that success. After church, we said our goodbyes and all headed south, to make it to Nashville in time for our friend, Darci's wedding.
