In this picture, he's saying that he's "tchoo" with his lips and is trying to say it with his hands, too. We're still working on that part!

I know I'm a bit early, but I figured I would do this while I had the energy to!
Amos is growing like a weed. He is becoming the mimic that we've dreaded: echoing or trying to echo every word. He LOVES guitars, instruments and music; dogs, cats and animals; cars, trucks and anything with a motor; his Dada (he sang a Dada song tonight in the bathroom, throwing his head back to sing and all!), his Mama (there really is no better medicine!), Binky, Bear-Bear and Elephant for bed time. Tonight he ate broccolli at dinner time (that was seasoned, heavily, with butter and salt) but he doesn't really eat much else in the fresh fruits/vegetables department. I think it's a texture thing. He does love fruit smoothies and green juice, so we give him nutrients that way! He is really doing well on saying "yes" and "no" at the appropriate times and I've started adding a "Yes, Mama" to the discipline routine. Today after his nap, he cuddled with me, in bed for awhile, as we listened to music and I finished emailing on the laptop. It was so sweet--he really is a great cuddler, so tender and sweet. I think all of those days of cuddling in the hospital really paid off!
His developmental therapist has declared his intellect to be a two-year-old level, which is really exciting. We're still working on the whole language/speech and gross motor skills departments, but overall, we feel that he's doing really well and are so glad that he's learning and growing.
I don't really know his measurements, but I think he's about 22 lbs and 32 inches tall. He's still a little guy, physically, but makes up for it in smarts and talent!
Amos, we love you and are so glad you're our son!
