This past weekend, we went on a mission top find things for our new guest suite. We received a gift card for Christmas from Mama and Papa P, so we headed to Bed, Bath and Beyond to see what kind of sales they had going on. After heading straight for the back, to the bedding section, we found many quilts and comforters that we liked, but they were all really pricey. After spending quite alot of time there, we decided to think about what we had seen and get something some other time. On our way out, we passed the clearance section, which was just as you walk in the door (somehow we had missed this before). There were lots of comforters and quilts here, and many had additional percentages off their already clearance price. We found one that we liked and were super stoked. Its original price was $139.99, was marked down to $81.99, and we got it for $41.99!! Woo hooo! We were amazed, not only at the extremely good sale we had just been part of, but also that the quilt was originally $140 and that someone had probably paid that for others just like it.
When we got home, we took it upstairs and were excited to find that the quilt also matched the color of the guest bedroom walls, perfectly. All in all, it was a good find!
