Slugger!

Amos played his first baseball game on his first team tonight. We all went out to be his crowd and cheer him on. He did so well batting, getting a hit and making it to first. His time in the outfield, however, was a different story. He kicked the dirt, as the ball went past him and never looked up. At a different time, he crossed the field to tell me that he was hungry and in the process, almost got run over by a someone trying to go to home plate. Again, he was totally oblivious. The whole thing was so hilarious, that we could not stop laughing. We were so proud of him for giving it a try and playing on the team. He said that he enjoyed it so we will probably keep going!
