All about June...

In June, we did many thing! Among the many church activities we were part of, there were a few big events that happened...

Nathan and I reunited with our band (Red Birds) and played at a festival that it is held each year in the courtyard of our church.




Nathan's parents celebrated a renewal of their vows after a nearly three-year long separation. It was a beautiful celebration and testament to God's faithfulness and mercy.



After that, we hit the road and headed north! My parents, the kids and I all went up to the Detroit area to see our family there. The kids got to see (their great-) Grandma Sheehan, Dan, Tina, Kaeleigh and Danny, Tom, Julie and Donovan on the Sheehan side of the family and Terry, Mary, Andy, Chris and Joe Meeks on the Meeks side of the family, and other long time friends. It was a great trip to see everyone. And hopefully we'll get up there more often!









We had a great visit with everyone and then got in the car again and drove west, to Lake Michigan, where we would meet up with Nathan and The Robbins and vacation together at the Palapa! To say that we had an awesome time is an understatement. We had an amazing time together in such a beautiful place.
