Early this morning, we had our first official snow of the season. Amos and I were up really early and saw it coming down. He was so excited to go play in the snow, wanting mostly to dig! Since it was 5:30 am, we went back to bed, with promises of snow play later in the morning.
He could barely get through breakfast and a breathing treatment without asking to go out and play. We finally got all bundled up and headed outside.
Amos did dig, alot. There wasn't much snow--about an inch, but it was enough to play in for 45 minutes! Before we went inside, we made snowballs and threw them into the street.
The snow reminded me of the beauty we have yet to see this winter--I hope we get more!!

we too were in that snow by 8 am. Too bad it didn't last - hopefully we get more soon!
