This month has flown by!

I can't believe it's almost the end of October! We have been so busy and it's been a great month.
Having friends, family and students stay with us this month has made things all the busier, but also, it's been that much more enjoyable.
Here are a few slideshows to catch us all up--the fastest way I found in updating the blog!



Fall Fun:
We've been enjoying the beautiful fall colors; Amos has been playing and pretending much more, with our Sesame Street set, learning new words and becoming a better talker; and Eli moved out to live with a friend downtown.





Wedding Fun:
Our friends, Ben and Michaela got married a few weeks ago. Our house became a bed and breakfast with folks in town for the celebration (added to the current dwellers!). Mirth and Merriment overflowed as we had fun hanging out, eating, drinking and dancing at the wedding, and, meeting new friends.




TN fun:
Being home was so wonderful. Fall is the best time of year to be there, I think. The trees are beautiful; everyone's got their woodstoves going--filling the air with that crisp smokey smell; my parents' house is cozy and we drank apple cider by the stove; the dogs are fun to play with and there is so much to do outside, around the house; we had fun shopping, pumpkin festivaling, watching football, celebrating birthdays and hanging out by the bonfire! It was tough to leave. I wanted to stay and sleep in forever! I wanted to stay and hang out with my family and never leave! I am thanking God for such a great time away.
