Fun with Apples

Last Friday we traveled with the Berends to the apple orchard, something we did with them last year, too. We had a blast--Amos had fun picking apples and being with his favorite pseudo-siblings! Last year he wasn't walking yet, so it was that much more fun (and challenging!) to do this with him. Too, it was right during his nap time, so any change in direction from what he wanted was met with a scream of protest. Good thing we were outside! ;)

He also really enjoyed eating the apples. He carried one around for a bit, taking bites.

We got some good apples, nice and sweet and look forward to lots of baking!
