This evening, as we were driving, Amos pointed out that his water was cold. As we were riding in the car, he said, "Brr! Wah, brr!" We were amazed that he could put those two concepts together! We were reminded again just how smart our little guy is!
And today as we waited for the doctor to come in, we read 101Dalmations and instead of reading the actual story, we looked at each picture and saw what each dog/person was doing on each page. He was able to tell me that some dogs were cold, sleeping, making a funny face, etc. He even found the lake that looked like a pool and I told him it was ice. We looked at the ice and snow and Amos seemed to get it. He's really showing us his desire to learn more and express more, which is really exciting.
