Still going...

...to St. Louis and the cold is still going too!
We had another hard night, with Nathan up frequently to comfort Amos and to give me medicine. I apparently woke up and woke Nathan up crying about my hurting throat. He asked me if I wanted medicine and I said yes. What I remember is Nathan trying to spoon medicine to me, but it dripping all over the place. Finally I sat up and the relief began! Today I feel ok, but am super tired. Amos and I were up again at 4 this morning, snacking and watching Clifford, the new favorite around here. I tape the episodes each morning so we have an episode or two on hand for emergencies. Since we got up late this morning, Amos was able to watch today's episode on tape, while eating breakfast. Yeah, these last few days have been tv days for our sick guy, something we'll have to remedy when he gets well.
We are still planning to go on our trip but are now staying in a hotel, which will be fun since lots of our friends will be there too. I just hope Amos feels better soon! Nathan and I are very minorly sick (thanks, Zycam!) so if we could just get Amos feeling better then we'd be ok. I think he has another day or so of tough stuff, the cold has turned out to be more of a doosie than originally thought. But I guess it was time...it's been awhile since we've had sickness here!
